Share a scanned PDF straight to WhatsApp, email or any app

On a phone, “download” is often the wrong verb — what you actually want is to send the PDF to a person. ToPDF's Share button hands the finished file directly to your phone's share sheet, so it goes wherever your other files go: WhatsApp, Gmail, Telegram, Drive, AirDrop.
Sharing in three taps
- Finish your scan (all pages added, name set).
- Tap Share. Your device's share sheet opens with the actual PDF file attached — not a link, the file itself.
- Pick the app and the recipient. Done.
Because it's a real file, the recipient gets a normal PDF they can open, print and forward — no account needed on their side either.
Where Share is available
The Share button appears on devices whose browser supports file sharing — that's iPhones and iPads (Safari), Android (Chrome and most browsers), and Windows. On systems without it, use Download PDF and attach the file from your Downloads folder; the result is identical.

A word on sending IDs

Frequently asked questions
Does sharing upload my PDF to ToPDF first?
No. The PDF is built on your device and handed directly to your phone’s share system. ToPDF has no server that ever sees it.
Why do I not see a Share button on my computer?
Some desktop browsers (notably Firefox and Linux setups) do not support sharing files from web pages. Download PDF does the same job — the file appears in your Downloads folder.
Can I share to multiple apps?
Tap Share again after the first send — the scan stays open until you start a new one.
